She got us all through covid making cakes and built up an amazing family of bakers, l have so many friends from Carols Facebook lives and oh my goodness the laughs we had, Monday nights were the night l couldn’t wait for them to start they were brilliant, l can’t thank you enough Carol and l know everyone feels the same, you are just one in a million lovely xxx
Carol Shields - If it wasn't for Carol through covid I would never have learned how to relax about making a cake. She and Karen were my go to on a Monday night. Learning how to use the niffty nozzles, pipe lovely buttercream flowers, and so much more. It wasn't just about all things cake it became a family and the laughter. Carol invited us all into her home and not just on a Facebook live.
Chellie Walkington - Went to Carols and had a lovely day learning nifty nozzles and piping, ended up roping my husband into learning and he was a natural. He left carols with a love for decorating to this day. Carol has a way of making you feel like your the only person in the room weather a class or watching her online shows... She also has a knack of turning something complicated and explaining it so even a beginner can feel confident... I started when Carol was a small home business and through her products and tutorials learnt a vast amount and skills I wouldn't have. I also made a valued friend and through her teaching I became a more confident person, oooh and the laughs, her stories... I had some of the most funniest moments with her and the team and felt more like one of the family than a customer....
Samantha Pryke - I'm only a hobby baker..... all my friends kept asking for chocolate cake, which I hate..... it's dry and just so hard to swallow until I made your fudgy chocolate cake recipe I've had so many people ask for it. I can change it and make many layers or just 2. It's a game changer as are your flavoured icing sugars and everything you do is so simple as I'm afraid to do new recipes. Loved watching and learning with you and the Mcfollowers when I had a moment to myself. We all learnt so much.Thank you.

Her Easy Christmas cake recipe cannot be beaten! Carol generously shares her knowledge, her friendship -and even her beautiful home on Social days -with charm and warmth. She helped so many of us to discover our inner baking Goddess during COVID and lockdown. She kept us company most days and made us feel supported and with friends even whilst confined to our homes. The virtual friendships we formed during those dark days related into reality and remain steadfast today. I don't know how different my life would be if I hadn't discovered Carol and through her my amazing Crumblie Family. This is not just a company. This is a Family !
Alma Evans - Although I've never met Carol, John or any of their staff, I started watching the FB lives during covid. They kept me sane when we weren't able to get out to socialise. I learnt so much from their lives and enjoyed the banter and Carol's no nonsense approach to everything! Xx
